DARK BLUE HOLDING LTD

DARK BLUE HOLDING LTD emerged when the founder decided to develop his own ideas and dreams. In 1998, He started trading car and motorcycle components and progressively expanded the company's activities in the Middle East.

The second generation joined the company in 2012, bringing a mixture of both academics and experience. In early 2015, the new chairman decided to extend the business activities to other fields. Therefore, he started the international trade of raw materials by establishing a new company in the United Arab Emirates, called SPARK LIGHT RAW MATERIALS TRADING LLC.

Although the raw materials sector was growing, it was only a drop in the bucket for the young entrepreneur's dreams. He leveraged the experiences of the first generation to create a stronger foundation bridging the ups and downs of the group for a successful future.

The young founder, having understood the needs of his clients decided to start a shipping industry to create a synergy with the other part of his company, by creating DARK BLUE SHIPPING LLC in Dubai – United Arab Emirates in 2016. The shipping industry in the Middle East had a massive and rapid growth increasing his market share. In 2017, the group formed DARK BLUE SHIPPING LLC in Muscat, Sultanate of Oman and at the same time entered the business of equipment trading for the oil and gas industry by establishing DARK BLUE TRADING LLC in Muscat, Sultanate of Oman.

In order to keep the company on the path of expansion and growth, the group formed the company DARK BLUE DIS TICARET LTD in Istanbul, Turkey in 2018 with a mission of business expansion into the European markets.

The time had come to bring the group together under a single roof. So in 2019, the founders decided to gather all the companies under one holding company and so DARK BLUE HOLDING LTD was established in Hong Kong and was known as the parent company of five subsidiaries with more than 100 experts worldwide.
